Welcome to this week’s WWW Wednesday post, a meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. Don’t forget to go take a look at what everyone else is reading! You can post your own WWW in the comment thread here.
The Three W’s Are:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
I haven’t participated in the WWW meme, and was missing it!
Currently Reading:
The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead. I’m almost finished, and this is such an excellent book. It’s a coincidence, but this turned out to be the perfect book to read at the beginning of Black History Month.
Just Finished:
Of Fire and Stars by Audrey Coulthurst. Review here.
Up Next:
Year of No Sugar by Eve O. Schaub. I may skim this one, but I picked it up from the library to read after completing the Whole30, to help me stay on track in a long-term committment to drastically cut down on the amount of sugar I eat on a regular basis.
The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. I have been meaning to read this book for years, and now feels like the right time for it.
I enjoyed The Happiness Project a while ago…and I’m intrigued by The Underground Railroad. Thanks for sharing! Here’s MY WWW POST
I loved the Underground Railroad. I meant to read Happiness Project ages ago, but finally getting around to it!
Is the Happiness Project a contemporary? or a Memoir ?
The Happiness Project is nonfiction memoir, and something I meant to read years ago!
The `underground railway certainly seems to be popular at the moment
It’s a powerful book that deserves its accolades!
I’m not generally a fan of historical fiction but with the number of great reviews I’ve seen I’m very tempted to try The Underground Railroad.
I just posted my review today, it’s definitely a 5 star book in my opinion!
